Gift Shop items and non plant material may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days. These items must be returned in sellable condition with original packaging and must be accompanied by receipt.

Clearance or Discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE and not returnable.

PLANTS:

Plants (1 gallon or larger) are guaranteed in health for 1 year except plants damaged by mother nature, flood, freezes, lack of water, or when planted too deep.

No guarantee on plants planted in containers or left unplanted more then for 7 days from date of purchase.

Sale or Discounted plants are not guaranteed.

Unplanted plants must be returned within 7 days.

Annuals, 6 packs, 6 inch and smaller, houseplants, bonsai and hanging baskets are not guaranteed.

All returns must include store receipt.

Pottery & Statuary

Almaden Valley Nursery does not assume any liability for statuary or pottery breakage after it leaves the nursery.

Please inspect product for cracks, dings or breakage before leaving the nursery.

Most concrete will develop spider vein cracks on the surface over time, due to expansion contraction from heat and cold. This will not cause leakage.

Fountains and Birdbaths may be damaged by ice in winter. Empty all water before cold seasons starts. We do not warranty against cold or ice damage.

Items accompanied with the receipt ma be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days provided product is returned in original condition.

All fountains pumps are guaranteed for one year from date of sale.

20% re-stocking fee on all returned fountains.

Gift Shop Items & Non Plants:

We will credit the purchase amount to your original credit card when accompanied by the store receipt.

If you paid with a Check:

We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return.

If you paid with Cash:

….and your purchase was under $100, we will give you cash back on day of return.

…..and your purchase was over $100, we will issues a refund check on day of return.
